Hi @Chqaz, the idea was to distribute in your local communities as well.

The call for candidates is now closed. So no more need to distribute that message.

I will share here if we have other messages to be distributed.

The voting period for the Board of Trustees elections is opened. Here is the announcement by the Elections Committee and Board Selection Working Group.

Action: Can you please distribute into your communities channels like Discord, Telegram groups, Mailing lists etc when appropriate?

Thanks so much. Actually, when someone vote, the system automatically assigns the project where the user had created their Wikimedia account, not the project where they are the most active on. That is a known issue and can't unfortunately be changed this time.
