The Communications Department is attending Wikimedia Conference 2018 to network with affiliate leaders, increase awareness of department activities, support the movement strategy discussions, and discuss with the community initiatives the department is considering.

The department will be facilitating these workshops and activities:

Objectives

With its participation in the conference, the department hopes to achieve these objectives:

• Support Foundation communications at conference

• Support Learning Days effort

• Provide a space for communications discussions

• Participate in conference activities

• Support movement strategy discussions
