Wikipedia Selangor Meetup 26 was the 26th Wikipedia held in Selangor and 140th in Malaysia. The meetup served as the inaugural meetup for IIUM Wikimedia Club, the Wikimedia club established at the International Islamic University Malaysia.

Transportation

The venue building is long and can be entered via multiple entrances. The venue is located on the qibla-wing (approximately westwards). The best entrance will be via the staircase right beside the Main Auditorium. Take the stairs up one level and proceed north until you arrive at the first office. Please note that the university adopts the American storey convention (the floor parallel to the ground is the first floor).

Public transport

  • The university is connected to the KJ1 Gombak LRT station on the Kelana Jaya line via the T200 LRT Gombak-UIAM Gombak bus.
    • Train frequency is anywhere between 3-12 minutes
    • Bus frequency is every 30 minutes, departing from the station at minutes 00 and 30.
    • Upon entering the university compound, drop off at the 4th station, Sl155 Uiam (Selatan) and proceed to the venue.

    • Those requiring the usage of lifts may take any of the two lifts available in the central section of the Muhammad Abdul-Rauf Building by entering through the door under the main staircase. A key card may be required to enter if outside office hours. Please refer to event organisers for assistance.
