Minutes of meeting

17 July

• WCUGM members came to AFKL to help the AFKL & French Embassy staff set up tables and equipment for the workshop.

18 July

• WCUGM arrived at AFKL at 8:00AM and did a last set up of equipment such as connecting the main laptop to the projector screen and preparing QR codes for the participants to use for account registration. Special edition notebooks were placed on each table for participants to receive when they arrive at the venue.
• At 8:50AM, participants started to arrive and WCUGM members began helping them make Wikimedia accounts to facilitate the efficiency of the workshop.
• At 9:05AM, a representative of AFKL gave a short speech to welcome the participants and introduce WCUGM.
