Summary edit

We will have a peer-learning workshop on the topic of developing and implementing projects with external partners. Participants will provide case studies and/or peer-consultation on the cases. Particularly, we will shine a light on partnerships that have been either successfull or failed, and try to understand common dynamics. In the end, we will develop dos and don'ts based on the participants' experiences. This workshop is open to anyone who either has experience or is interested in working with partners from other organizations, GLAMs, or educational institutions to achieve the mission of our movement.

Expected outcomes edit

Participants will walk away from this workshop with a set of tangible, applicable practices for partnerships as well as a better understanding of the common pitfalls. Hopefully, participants will be inspired to replicate some of the promising practices shared in the workshop.
