Summary

Wikimedia, as an organization which promotes voluntary based activities, paradoxically, often finds challenging to gather and attain volunteers. Lacking and keeping volunteers might be just as big problems to face with. What are problems with (and without) volunteers and how to overcome them is the subject of this session. Hope we'll come up with grater solution together.

Expected outcomes

Having an overview of challenges and practices in work with volunteers for all stages (from call for volunteers till the end of their service).

Duration (without Q&A)

30 minutes (5 minutes intro, 20 minutes discussion and 5 minutes presentation)
