Wikimedia CEE Hub/Youth Group/de
CEE Youth Group — an initiative of the CEE Hub to informally connect young people (younger than 30 years old) from the Central and Eastern Europe across the region to support capacity building in this area. It is organised by CEE Hub coordinator Barbara Klen and SC member Klára Joklová.
The group was established in May 2023. We want to create a space for collaboration and sharing among young Wikimedians.
Ziele
CEE Youth Group initiative is having bi-monthly meetings, focusing on creating a new opportunities for young editors and Wikimedia members from the region, sharing the experiences and good practise.
In addition, it creates a peer support network for all young Wikimedians in the region, everyone is welcome to attend regular meetings.
Other events and activities of the groupː
- die Organisation eines Vor-Ort-Treffens für junge Menschen aus der CEE-Region im Herbst 2023
- die Einbindung der jungen Menschen in die Wikimania 2024 in Polen
- eine bessere Kooperation junger Menschen in der CEE-Region
- eine mögliche Einbindung der Gruppe in das Wikivibrance-Netzwerk.
Wie mitmachen?
Alle, die jünger als 26 Jahre sind und aus der CEE-Region kommen, können Teil dieser Gruppe werden. Bitte fülle dazu das entsprechende Formular aus.
