This is a collection of options, organized by dates, city, convenience, and price, for getting to Frankfurt from North America for the conference. Feel free to add more information.

A few guidelines for people adding things to this page:

• For itineraries that require a connection, allow at least 2 hours for the connection. A cheap flight with a 45-minute connection window isn't so great.
• Don't include options that require overnight stopovers in another city; besides being inconvenient, these rarely save you money after lodging costs.
