Wiki Loves Literature 2021

Wiki Loves Literature is an edit-a-thon organized by Punjabi Wikimedians to document literature-related articles on Wikipedia.

The basic aim of the edit-a-thon is to create and develop the amount of culturally relevant knowledge in literature-related articles on Wikipedia. It will lead to creating the research article as well as the standard article.

The articles provided must match the theme, which means that most users will be able to find several pertaining subjects close to the theme, whether books, writers, literature festivals, awards, etc. You are free to choose an article from our working list or pick up a topic of your own.

Rules and guidelines of the contest edit

The expanded or new article should have a minimum 3000 bytes or 300 words.
The article should not be a poorly machine translated
The article should be expanded or created between 1 July to 31 July.
The article should be a literature article.
The article must not be Orphan.
There should be no copyright violations and notability issues and the article should have proper references as per local Wikipedia policies.
It is preferred for the local coordinator to set up the Wikipedia campaign on Fountain tool. You may set the project on the dashboard as well.
The results with the list of articles need to be listed on the results page of the Meta-Wiki project if the local coordinator is not setting up the fountain tool.

Prizes edit

All participants would get an e-postcard.
Top participant would get an e-certificate.

Jury Notice edit

Please complete the jury work and declare the results by 15 August 2021.
