In a nutshell: We don't have particular criteria to apply, if not respecting the timeline (the last written article/item or image uploaded taken into account need to be done before October 9th 23.59.59 UTC) and enforcing the Wikipedia rules of notable articles sustained by reliable sources. Lists are not qualified.

Postcards edit

Who - between September 19th and October 9th - will write more than 5 new articles in any language version of Wikipedia, will create more than 10 new Wikidata items or will upload more than 10 images in Commons, will receive a (physical or virtual) postcard from Rome, sent by WikiDonne User Group.
