There is a gap in the coverage of the Wikimedia projects: academic and private research. I propose a project that fits right in between the sourcetexts of wikisource and the teaching materials of wikibooks. The project would collect open access papers in a central repository. Do we want this? Is it possible to integrate into existing projects under a cc licence? What are your thoughts? If I see, that people are interested, I will put up a detailed proposal with what I learned while begging for papers and getting authors to allow publication of their texts under a free licence.

Would love to start this as I collect source texts and papers together in elib.at - with all the problems that entails.
