Create a wiki for online privacy:

• list privacy policies and issues in layman terms for each (major) web application, mobile application out there
• provide concrete examples of what is happening or could happen with your data. Link to news articles/wikipedia articles in case something did happen.
• provide tips and tricks on how to improve your online privacy

This is a proposal for a new Wikimedia sister project.
