- Balboa Park Wiki Culture Crawl Day is shaping up! Need volunteers to help with registration and basic training https://wikiconference.org/wiki/2016/Wiki_Culture_Crawl
- Publicity to larger GLAM community by BP Cultural Partnership, after September 14
- Have more than 50 signups already, likely to exceed 100
- May need a newbie track, need volunteers for heping with registration and training

- Cycling roles for these US Wikimedians meetings (6:51-7:00) Pine
- Proposal: create a standard cycle among officers and leaders of the affiliates. If one person can't attend, they are automatically replaced by the next person in the cycle. Each affiliate may have up to 2 people included in the cycle at any given time, and each affiliate chooses which of its people to include in the cycle. No one person may be included in the cycle for multiple affiliates.
