Tamazight projects

1. It's not your place to change RFL. Thank you for self-reverting.
2. Of the three items you changed, two were actually marked approved by a LangCom member at the time. The third wasn't, but a LangCom member semi-protected the page (long ago) showing a status of eligible, so I take that as tacit acceptance. And given how long ago that was, it would be unfair to reverse it now, anyway. So all three are to be considered "eligible".
3. As to how many projects there should be, there is discussion of this at incubator:Category talk:Incubator:Test wikis/Berber-Amazigh tests. Best to discuss there. StevenJ81 (talk) 00:02, 15 November 2019 (UTC)
