appending with updates and extending research

Dear User:Natalia_Szafran-Kozakowska_(WMPL) and CEE Hub coleagues, Thank you for the good work and nicely presented report. In relation to your openning remark I think it would be important to plan to append the report with updates and extend the research beyond communities reached this time, but only if and when the grant is awarded (more resources available as this becomes harded and harded to get bigger numbers), maybe doing it at least through this summer to both capture the change with escalation of conflict to war in Ukrain, as well as with changes in global Wikimedia ecosystem.
