Regarding this caustic remark of yours: I was referring to your sentence Is it for a citizen of K. not allowed to insert on the flag and show that he is from K. - obviously you præsumed that Sokac121 is from Kosmet, which is completely wrong, since he is Croatian. Sumultaneously, I myself, being aware of his origin, præsumed that you have some connection with this South-Eastern Serbian province (thence my words about the region of the Balkan pæninsula), which according to your words is not true either. But Sokac121 has no connection with Kosmet, you can count on that, id est the purpose of his inserting the flag was not revealing his origin, as you might have supposed amiss. I have not broken any Wiktionary rule and, as already said, Wiktionary and Wikipedia are two distinct, disparate projects. You are welcome to make yourself familiar with Wiktionary rules.
