Please block rmy:Jeno:Desiphral as he has been adding Devanagari texts in all pages without the likes of any other user. Stalker comment: Desiphral hasn't edited since 2009 so I don't see what a block now would accomplish. If you want to have another sysop on the project you need to nominate them locally first. Meanwhile you can use Steward requests/Speedy deletions to request for page deletions. Jafeluv 10:41, 8 May 2011 (UTC)

Hello .snoppy., I'm sorry to hear that you had problems in real life. You can ask for rights at any time you want to, however as your desysop/decrat was in accordance with the officials Meta:Administrators/Removal and Meta:Administrators#Inactivity policies you will need to re apply via Meta:Requests for adminship again.
