Hello! I am contacting you, for the work "https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Owl_and_book.jpg". There it is indicated that you are the author of that work. I would like to create a derivative work of it, scale it, and convert it to an SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) vector format.
