Unblock request declined
This blocked user has had their unblock request reviewed by one or more administrators, who has/have reviewed and declined this request. Request reason: global unblock if the account is locked. And I want to unlock it how can I do it with no alternative and you locking my page before i even have a chance of appeal that's just dumb, hence the obvious socking which the admins carry on abusing. Not a cross spammer and if admins want to refuse the right of appeal then of course they will be intimidated as they were the ones who started it by not allowing me to appeal. If you don't like it commit suicide then go on dare ya. Human rights are being violated by the admins here. Several admins should applogise to me for taking away the right to appeal. Decline reason: Like every project of Wikimedia foundation, meta has it own rules. That´s why you are blocked for. You still have your right to appeal, but not longer on the pages of this Wikimedia project. Wikimedia Foundation has the ownership above this project, which is a fact of exclusive rights and control over property. This make us able to handle the way we do to protect those rights against spamer. Have a nice day.
