Isabella (Bella) Gutierrez is an Australian-born actress and leading drama educator born in Sydney on 11 November 1970. She has been an actor in theatre, television and live performance. She was part of the original cast of the Australian television series "Heartbreak High" in 1994 in the principal role of Chaka Cardenes. Other television credits include Big Sky (1999) and Home and Away (1993). In theatre and live performance, she performed with the Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) alongside Toni Collette, Bell Shakespeare Company, Ensemble Theatre as well as the Sydney Festival, Theatre South, Toe Truck Theatre, Festival of the Dreaming, Moomba Festival and others in a variety of productions.

Gutierrez is of Spanish and Filipino descent and is the third of four children and grew up in Sydney. She began learning violin at age 5 and dance and drama in high school before going on to train professionally in the performing arts.

In recent years she has specialized in performing arts education in Australia and completed a Masters in Applied Theatre Studies at the University of New England and lives with her family in New South Wales, Australia where she is the Director of Performing Arts at a leading school. She also trained in dance at the University of NSW, and then Theatre Performance at Nepean (now Western Sydney University).
