No big deal. I note that the voting instructions are badly worded and a partial cause of people voting after the deadline. They say "The voting will start on 26 November 2007 and it will end on 16 December 2007." In my time zone, I voted on 16 December. Specifying the begin/end time in UTC would avoid ambiguity.
