Unblock request granted This blocked user asked to be unblocked, and one or more administrators has reviewed and granted this request. Request reason: I often need to use proxies and other anonymizers, and have been given global IP block exemption across all WMF projects. However, I'm still blocked from editing here, and I've been told that my global exemption is being blocked by local Meta-Wiki restrictions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
