- It's supposed to prevent you from creating an account. Your only venue is to go to UTRS or the Ban Appeals Subcommittee. Reiterating what I commented that despite your numerous unblock requests to stop disrupting the project, you continued to disrupt and vandalize various pages on the project on multiple occassions.
