- But I can only edit zh wikipedia using the proxy(GFW blocked Chinese Wiipedia) and my using proxy IP address changes when I reconnect once during 128.199.*.*/16. Meta wiki is readable because it is not in block list now. --Chdkfd (talk) 15:26, 25 July 2016 (UTC)
