We could implement a system that shows the new and old articles( or sub-articles) next to each other, with the differences in a separate color from the rest. There would be an area where people say which one was better and if either was messed up in purposeful-looking way, those would be sent to admin who would check if the user input was accurate, and if it was, suspend or otherwise punish the account responsible for the mix up. Which ever plan got more votes must a certain number of votes as well as outnumber the the other plan 1.5:1 (If one of the versions is found guilty of being purposefully wrong, the alternate will automatically be adopted. Open to edits and new ideas.
