Wikimedia Fair-use Commons (FUC) is similar to Wikimedia Commons, but only fair-use files are uploaded here.

Some Wikimedia projects allow fair use (example: English Wikipedia). FUC will be connected only to these wikis. In FUC, copyleft or public domain files cannot be uploaded.

By introduction of Wikimedia Commons, it has possible to reduce many duplicate files separately located in multiple Wikimedia wikis; but, uploading of fair-use files are not allowed in Wikimedia Commons. FUC can solve this problem.
