Winky is a doctoral candidate in Management at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Her research interests sit at the intersection of strategy and organization theory, focusing on the relationship between innovation and collaboration. Specifically, she explores the role of openness as an organizing principle - how inclusiveness and transparency influence participatory movement and orchestration work, and how organizational members work collectively to solve organizational and societal challenges.
