This block is not aimed at blocking you but the connection you are using to reach Wikipedia, in accordance with a policy.
This may happen in a series of circumstances:

• you're using an anonymization service, if you truly need to use them (for example you live in a Country which blocks access to Wikipedia) you should ask for an exempt for your account;
• you're using a VPN, if it's your personal and private (only you or a very few people can use it) please refer to the previous case;
• you're editing from an organization (company, library, etc.) which uses a leased server as a gateway: if so you should write at SRG specifying whether you need to go through a captive portal to login from a public place.

If none of the above applies to you there may be a malware affecting your device. You can try testing with a different device or running some antivirus/antimalware software.
In any case please specify how do you connect to the Internet (mobile, shared connection in a library, xDSL, etc.).
