Request reason: I am creating a Wiki page for El-Khalil (Page is named El-Khalil) as a voluntary Wiki user but also as a manager for Khalil. I am not here to spam, post things that are inappropriate nor false. The page has been declined twice and I believe that the second time it wasn't given the proper evaluation and respect as it should have. I am adding to it as much as I can and using my sources and citations without any record of false and misinformation. I am here to be of service and contribute. An opportunity would be appreciated.. thank you.

My name is Joseph. I am a manager, marketer and PR for artist El-Khalil and others from his record label Kha. Records. I have extra background in various respected universities such as the University of Ottawa for a year in Environmental Economics, 2 years at Carleton University in Sociology and Minot in Anthropology and later TARA, specializing in Audio Engineer.
