About me
I have been a Legal Fellow at the Wikimedia Foundation since August 2016. I am a licensed Advocate in India and worked with a large Indian law firm prior to joining the Foundation. I am a graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore and spent the summer of 2015 at the Berkman Center working on intellectual property and free speech issues.
I enjoy working on the legal, regulatory, and public policy issues at the intersection of the law and emerging technology. Things I especially find interesting include privacy, surveillance, search and seizure, and cyber security. When I am not lawyering, I am probably watching a Liverpool F.C. game or catching up on the latest happenings in tech. You can read more about my background on my LinkedIn Profile.
My work
I work with the legal team on a variety of legal and public policy issues ranging from intermediary liability and copyright to privacy and disputes.
