About me

I am Shobha, a researcher based in India. I am passionate about equity and open knowledge and hence, I am involved in Gendergap related activities in India. I joined Wikimedia movement as a UCoC Facilitator in February 2020.

My work

I work as a Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC) Facilitator with the Wikimedia Foundation. Through this position I specifically contribute to the Trust & Safety team's objectives of connecting the community and the Foundation towards researching, learning and implementing friendly policies that will ensure availability of a safe space for Wikimedia projects/movement contributors to freely contribute to it without any fear.
