Hi, I'm Shighi WMCH (Aldé), working as Community Programme Manager and Process Specialist since ten years, since early 2024 for WMCH.
I spend a lot of my time facilitating international collaboration, moderating local projects and highlighting community tools, don't hesitate to reach out.
My free time is dedicated to my life-long passions ARGs, Process and Quality Analysis at Mindful Innovators ltd, social politics and system-cultural barriers (University of Fribourg) so worry not, I am sure we will always find a subject to share together !
