Ziyue (Tracy) is a Postdoctoral Researcher from the Department of Pathology at NIAB. She pursued her PhD study at the Department of Biochemistry at University of Cambridge and worked on the interactions between environmental bacteriophages and their receptor, the Escherichia coli LamB outer membrane protein. After the PhD study, Tracy started her academic journey at NIAB in November 2020, working on a project investigating the diversity, pathogenicity and stability of epiphytic Pseudomonas populations in Prunus spp. over distance, time and environment via multi-time, multi-site sampling and high throughput sequencing.
