About me

I am a high school science teacher with a master in educational science. I currently hold a full-time position as a PhD-student at the Department of Biological and Environmental sciences at the University of Gothenburg doing research in educational science. I am also a teacher at the teacher education program for upper secondary school biology teachers.

Research area

My research interests are primarily within science education, teacher education, biotechnology education. My research is predominantly in the field of biotechnology education research, where I am trying to characterize attitudes and interests among Swedish high school teachers and students towards products and applications in the field of genetic engineering.
