- ON OTRS - First: When I can find the needle in the haystack necessary to send a
query I get a non-answer that sends me on a wild goose chase. Always the response includes a disclaimer that "all mail to this address is answered by volunteers, and responses are not to be considered an official statement of the Wikimedia Foundation. For official correspondence, you may contact the site operators at <http://www.wikimediafoundation.org>. But I go to that link and I find dozens of links with no way to actually contact anyone. But just a virtual spider's web. Maddening. Often its an inescapable labyrinth. A link to a haystack full of irrelevant needles.
