Having a Wikidata project that is built on quotidian data curation of GLAM professionals

Most of the GLAMs are active in data curation. So are Wikidata enthousiasts. In many countries the license used in national or cross-institutional databases is CC0. There are some collaborative projects, but it seems that we are missing out on a big opportunity in making good use of human data curation hours spent in GLAM institution on local infosystems. We need to build proper tools to pull semi-automatically data out of these local databases and really link them on Wikidata. Wikidata could also be used for crowdsourcing data checking or curation by GLAMs. It seems like a win-win project?

I think that the first starting point in making this work would be to map out local national cross-institutional databases using CC0 licenses and then trying to figure out what are the similarities and where it would be possible to pull data:
