About me

I am a wikipedian since 2004 as "Marcok". Mainly active on Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons and Wikidata (and other sister projects), I am active on GLAM projects in Italy since 2007.

My work

I use this account as a Wikipedian in residence at Polo del '900 (institution website), being a staff member of Wikimedia Italia, for a 6-month project.
Since 2016 I'm also active as Wikimedian in residence at Progetto:GLAM/BEIC at the Digital Library of BEIC (Biblioteca europea di informazione e cultura), Milan, Italy (as User:Marco Chemello (BEIC)) and since 2020 at Accademia delle Scienze di Torino (as User:Marco Chemello (TOAS)), and at Archivio Storico Ricordi (as User:Marco Chemello (WMIT)).
