I'm the Education Specialist for eLearning and ICT Policy at the Commonwealth of Learning (COL). I'm the founder of WikiEducator -- a wiki project working collaboratively with the free knowledge community in developing a free education curriculum for all sectors and levels by 2015. One day when I get a little more time, I'll update this page - but you will find outdated information about me here. I'm a committed advocate of FLOSS for education and serve on the WikiMedia Foundation's Advisory Board.
