Dr. Akpojotor Oji Lucky is a Librarian and Head Collection Development Unit in Federal University of Petroleum Resources Library, Effurun. He obtained his Ph.D in Library and Information Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He also hold a M.Sc in Library and Information Science and BLS Degree in Library Science respectively from Delta State University, Abraka. He is an active member of the Nigerian Library Association (NLA) and A Certified Librarian of Nigeria (CLN). His areas of interest include: Information management, library management/administration, ICT, knowledge management and library automation.
