Doctor and master of science, and bachelor in Business Administration at the University of São Paulo (USP), in Brazil, my career includes research and consultancy in Human Resources Management, particularly in careers, sports, organizational climate, and learning. I am an assistant professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil, teaching Human Resources and Entrepreneurship.
