I am a new contributor and made my first change on Sunday, March 2, 2014. I hope I'm placing these statements in the right place, my user page. The change I made was to add a link to Kim Novak's artist website, www.kimnovakartist.com, in the External Links section of the Kim Novak entry. In the spirit of supporting the current discussion in the contributor community about disclosing contributions for which contributors are paid, I'm stating here that I am working for Ms. Novak to create this website and help her to promote it, and though I was not paid specifically to make this change, I am employed by her to work with her online presence, so the few minutes it took to make this contribution is time for which I will be compensated.

Likewise, I will soon be making a similar contribution to the entry for artist Stefan Baumann, known as the host of the PBS TV series "The Grand View: America's National Parks Through the Eyes of an Artist" to add a link to his new website, www.stefanbaumann.com. I am working with Baumann's marketing team, so I'll receive compensation for the time it takes to make this contribution as well.

In both cases, the person paying me to make these changes is the actual person or agent of the person who owns the website.
