I'm Greg Boustead. I am the program director for Science Sandbox, an initiative of the Simons Foundation dedicated to inspiring a deeper interest in science, especially among those who don’t think of themselves as science enthusiasts.^[1]

I'm interested in collaborating with scientists, communicators, educators, and other creative thinkers in developing new ways to engage the public with science. This account is primarily associated with my work in supporting the Wikipedia Year of Science 2016 — an initiative by the Wiki Education Foundation intended to improve the quality of science content on Wikipedia through expert engagement and innovative college classroom assignments. I do not work for the Wiki Education Foundation.
