1. Good:New editors in project/program/event cohort who make 5 edits 30 days after the project/program/event ends OR New editors in project/program/event cohort who make 5 edits their first 30 days

2. Better: New editors in project/program/event cohort who become "contributors" 10 edits by 3-month follow-up1]

3. Best: New editors in project/program/event cohort who (a) survive and (b) are "active" editing at 6 months follow-up
