I'm a PhD student at New York University doing research on Wikipedia. My paper, "Partial Automation for Human Tasks in a Collaborative System: The Case of Deletion in Wikipedia", with my advisor Torsten Suel, was published at WikiSym 2013.
My paper with Jodi Schneider and Aaron Halfaker on the problems with the Articles for Creation process, "Accept, Decline, Postpone: How Newcomer Productivity is Reduced in English Wikipedia by Pre-publication Review" was recently published at OpenSym 2014.
I am currently working on determining notability using machine learning.
