Hi there.

My name is Bernd, I'm a public policy advisor for Wikimedia Deutschland. I've been working on freedom of panorama, copyright in the digital single market, framing ("Data is the ground-water of information society") and cooperations with public broadcasters. I am a former teacher and found it hard to find high-quality content for educational purposes. Copyright sometimes stands in the way of education. Licensing and partnerships can build bridges, that's why I'm here. Happy to assist :)
