Three panels with three gold leaf figures each, set above the triple-paneled doorway to the British Empire Building that is part of Rockefeller Center, New York City. The panels were created by the artist Carl Paul Jennewein. The figures represent the major industries and the products traded within the empire: salt, coal, tobacco, wheat, fish, wool, cotton, and sugar. The radial sun symbolizes the global empire on which "the sun never sets".

Polychromed limestone cartouche on the over-lintel of the British Empire Building that is part of Rockefeller Center, New York City. The cartouche was created by the artist Carl Paul Jennewein. It depicts the British Coat of Arms encircled with the gilded motto of the British chivalric Order of the Garter (and Frensh proverb): "Honi soit qui mal y pense" (Shame on him who thinks evil about it).
