About me

I have earned my PhD in Informatics (aka Infomration Systems/Management Information Systems) from Department of Applied IT, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. I have background in Computer Science and Information Engineering & Management. My post-PhD life include my experiences from University West, Sweden and Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), Jönköping University in Sweden. I am currently working as a researcher at Chalmers Univeristy of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.

Keywords: Digitalization, Digital and Service Innovation, Value Creation in Networks and Ecosystems Description: My research focuses on digital and service innovation in a networked environment with special emphasis on the roles, relationships and currency of exchanges necessary for value creation. I apply a user-centered approach within living lab milieu to explore the value creation enabled by digitalization, and digital and service innovation in various sectors such as manufacturing, transport services, logistics and supply chain. The results aim at providing insights to those who are seeking ways to explore the potentials of innovative digital technologies.
