How can Wikipedia help people who don't have internet access?
Because Wikipedia is freely licensed, it can be printed out and distributed by anyone to anyone. The Wikipedia 1.0 project has worked to curate and categorize articles that would be useful in print or on other offline media. While Wikipedia may be written online, its reach extends offline as well. |
