Poll-A-Thon Core Team edit
This project is targeted at increasing Nigeria’s visibility on Wikipedia and the web at large by curating and creating content about Nigeria’s election process and the key actors involved. We have selected a few members to participate in an Election-2023 Poll-A-Thon, which consists of live updates on Wikipedia on the night of the elections (25th February, 2023). With the conversation running simultaneously on Social media via #TheNigeriaPolls2023, everyone, whether community member or not, can play a role in contributing to the success of this campaign. We encourage everyone to go out and vote. We also encourage you to share content (photos, videos) about events unfolding in and around polling stations, with us on social media using the hash tag, #TheNigeriaPolls2023.
