Text changes required to documentation

We should consider some text changes that indicates that the use of this template is only for appealing local blocks, rather than stewards' global blocks. We should probably add a little text about how to request unblocks by the stewards too.  — billinghurst sDrewth 22:37, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
